RECIPE: Campfire Parmesan Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:
8 Campari or large cherry tomatoes, halved
1 t. granulated garlic
4 T. shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Place 4 pieces of tomato, cut side up on square of aluminum foil. Eight tomatoes will make 4 packets.
Sprinkle with cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Close packet by pulling up sides and twisting.
Place on hot coals (not directly on flame) for 15 minutes, rotating often,
